Privacy policy
How Regal West Corporation d/b/a Regal Logistics collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information — including the notices required by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Effective July 1, 1996 · Last updated July 1, 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to personal information that Regal West Corporation d/b/a Regal Logistics (“Regal,” “we,” “us”) collects from:
- visitors to this website and our other public web properties;
- representatives of our customers, prospective customers, carriers, brokers, and suppliers, including users of the RegalCommand customer portal;
- recipients of shipments we handle, where we receive delivery information from a customer; and
- visitors, drivers, and contractors who come to one of our facilities.
Separate notices apply to two groups:
- Job applicants — see our Application Privacy Policy.
- Employees, temporary workers, and contractors — see the workforce privacy notice provided at onboarding and posted at each facility. That notice covers timekeeping, facility access, video and camera systems, and biometric information.
2. Notice at collection: what we collect and why
The table below lists the categories of personal information we have collected in the past twelve months, why we collect each one, and how long we keep it.
| Category | Examples | Why we collect it | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, job title, employer, postal address, email address, telephone number, IP address, account and login identifiers | Respond to inquiries and proposal requests; open and service accounts; operate the customer portal; authenticate users; communicate about services; security and fraud prevention | 7 years after the end of the business relationship |

| Commercial information | Services purchased or considered, shipment and order records, service history | Perform logistics services; plan capacity; maintain records; resolve billing disputes | 7 years |
| Internet or network activity | Pages viewed, referring URL, time on site, browser and device type, portal usage logs | Operate and secure the website and portal; measure performance; diagnose problems | 7 years |

| Biometric information | Facial images and facial templates used to verify identity at sign-in and at facility access points | Verify the identity of the person signing in; control access to facilities and systems; prevent time and access fraud. We do not use biometric information for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or license it. | Deleted within 30 days after separation, or within 30 days after we stop using facial verification — whichever comes first |
| Professional or employment information | Employer, role, department, and business credentials of customer, carrier, and vendor personnel | Manage business relationships and access rights | 7 years after the end of the relationship |

Records subject to a legal hold, audit, insurance claim, tax requirement, or regulatory obligation are kept until that requirement ends, which may be longer than the periods above.
We do not use or disclose personal information for purposes materially different from those listed here without first providing notice.
3. Sensitive personal information
California treats certain information as “sensitive personal information.” The sensitive categories we collect are:
- Biometric information used to identify an individual — facial images and facial templates captured at application sign-in and at facility access points. Biometric information is deleted within 30 days after separation, or within 30 days after we stop using facial verification, whichever comes first.
- Account log-in credentials — for portal and application access.
- Precise geolocation — from vehicle and equipment telematics used in fleet operations.
We use and disclose sensitive personal information only for purposes California law permits without an option to limit — performing services, verifying identity, ensuring security and integrity, preventing fraud, and complying with law. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not disclose it for advertising purposes.
4. Where information comes from
- Directly from you — forms, proposal requests, email, phone calls, portal use, facility sign-in.
- From your employer or ours — when a customer, carrier, or vendor gives us contact details for its personnel, or gives us recipient information for a shipment.
- Automatically — cookies and similar technologies, server logs, badge and access systems, and camera systems.
- From service providers and publicly available sources, including business information databases used for sales and credit purposes.
5. How we disclose information
In the past twelve months we have disclosed each category listed above for business purposes to:
- Service providers and contractors — hosting and cloud infrastructure, website and analytics providers, CRM and marketing platforms, payment processors, IT and security vendors, and professional advisors, each under a written contract that limits their use of the information to performing services for us.
- Customers, carriers, and other supply chain participants — where necessary to move, store, or deliver freight.
- Affiliated entities — where an entity under common ownership provides shared administrative, accounting, or information technology services, under contract.
- Government authorities and other parties — where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to establish or defend legal claims, protect safety, or investigate suspected wrongdoing.
- A successor — in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
7. How long we keep information
Regal maintains a records retention schedule under which personal information is generally retained for seven years, measured from the end of the applicable business relationship or transaction, and then deleted or destroyed.
Biometric information is the exception. Facial images and facial templates are deleted within 30 days after separation, or within 30 days after we stop using facial verification, whichever comes first. They are never retained on the seven-year schedule.
Category-level periods are stated in the table in Section 2. Records subject to a legal hold, audit, insurance claim, or regulatory requirement are kept until that requirement ends.
8. Cookies, tracking technologies, and opt-out signals
This site uses cookies and similar technologies in the following categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site and portal to function, including security and load balancing. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics and performance — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot for this purpose.
We do not use advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising cookies on this site.
Your choices
Non-essential technologies load only after you accept them through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the site footer, or by clearing cookies and adjusting your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information and we suppress non-essential tracking technologies for that browser. Because we do not sell or share personal information, this does not change how we handle your data, but the signal is honored regardless.
Browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, so we do not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor GPC.
9. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients, and to receive a copy of the specific pieces we hold.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. As explained in Section 3, we use sensitive personal information only for purposes that are exempt from this right.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you made a request.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you; we may ask you to verify directly that the agent is authorized.
10. How to submit a request
Submit a request in any of these ways:
- Toll-free: 800-766-8393
- Email: [email protected]
- Mail: Privacy Request, Ready Force Staffing LLC, 6501 26th Street East, Fife, WA 98424
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, extendable by another 45 days with notice to you. To protect your information, we must verify your identity before acting on a request to know, delete, or correct. We will ask for enough information to match you to our records, and we will use it only for verification.
11. Residents of other states
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Use the contact methods in Section 10 and identify your state of residence. We will apply the rights available to you under your state’s law.
12. California “Shine the Light”
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those parties’ own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
13. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, and disclosure, including access controls, encryption in transit, network monitoring, and vendor security requirements. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the internet.
14. Children
This website and our services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once every twelve months and update it when our practices change. The dates at the top reflect the current version. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
