Applicant privacy

How Ready Force Staffing LLC (“Ready Force”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information you give us when you apply for work.

Effective July 1, 2026 · Last updated July 1, 2026

The short version. We use your application to find you work and to place you on assignment. We share it with client companies considering you for a role, and with the vendors that help us run payroll and background checks. We do not sell it, and we never charge you a fee.

What we collect

Our application asks for:

  • Identifiers — your name, home address, cell and home phone numbers, and email address.
  • Eligibility answers — whether you are at least 18, whether you are eligible to work in the United States, and whether you have applied to or worked for us before.
  • Work preferences — the type of work and shifts you want, your availability date, whether you can work overtime, and whether you have reliable transportation.
  • Job-related capability — your lifting capacity and whether you can perform the essential functions of the position. We ask these to match you to sites safely and to identify where an accommodation may be needed. We do not ask for medical records or a diagnosis, and you should not send us any.
  • Education — schools attended, whether you graduated, and any degree or specialization.
  • Employment history — employers from the last three years, dates, positions, and reasons for leaving.
  • Skills — certifications, equipment experience, languages, and anything else you choose to tell us.
  • References — the names, phone numbers, and other details you give us for the people you list.
  • Your signature — typed, and a drawn signature if you provide one.
  • A resume, if you attach one.

If you are placed on assignment, we will separately collect the information needed to employ and pay you, including government identification for Form I-9 verification and tax withholding details. That collection is covered by the workforce privacy notice you receive at onboarding, not by this policy.

About the people you list as references

When you give us a reference’s name and phone number, you are giving us personal information about someone else. Please only list people who are willing to be contacted about you. We use reference details solely to check your work history and we do not add them to any marketing list.

How we use it

  • To evaluate your application and match you to open assignments.
  • To contact you about work — by phone, text, or email.
  • To verify your experience, references, and eligibility to work.
  • To present you to client companies as a candidate for their roles.
  • To meet our recordkeeping and equal employment opportunity obligations.

We do not use your application to make an automated decision about you without a person reviewing it. A recruiter reads every application.

How we share it

  • Client companies considering you for an assignment. They receive what they need to evaluate and supervise you — not your full application by default.
  • Service providers that help us recruit, pay, and insure our workforce, including payroll, background-check, and IT vendors, each under a written contract limiting their use of your information.
  • Government authorities where required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Background and reference checks

Where permitted by law and with any consent required, we may check references and run a background check appropriate to the assignment. If a background check is run through a consumer reporting agency, you will receive the separate disclosure and authorization the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires, and you will be told before any adverse decision is made on the basis of a report, with a copy of the report and a summary of your rights.

Under Washington’s Fair Chance Act, we do not ask about criminal history or run a criminal background check until after we have determined that you are otherwise qualified for the position.

What we do not ask for

Our application does not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, salary history, photograph, or any information about your race, religion, national origin, disability, health conditions, pregnancy, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or citizenship status beyond confirming you are legally eligible to work in the United States.

Please do not include any of that information in the free-text fields or in an attached resume. If you send it anyway, we will not use it in a hiring decision.

How long we keep it

We retain applications for seven years from the date you apply, so that we can consider you for later openings without asking you to start over, and to meet the recordkeeping requirements that apply to employers and staffing agencies. If you are placed on assignment, your application becomes part of your employment record and is kept on the schedule described in the workforce privacy notice. Records subject to a legal hold or an open charge are kept until that matter ends.

Security

Applications are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to a restricted mailbox that only staff involved in hiring can read. Resumes are not stored on our website. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, though no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about your application.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Withdraw your application and ask us to delete it, subject to any recordkeeping obligation that requires us to keep a record of it.
  • Tell us to stop contacting you about work.

Exercising any of these will never be held against you. Contact us using the details below.
